I will strongly request everyone not to use Suez. Their services is very bad and lot of lies. They put lots of excess weight every week and also drivers steal your bins.

There is plenty of recycling services please don’t come with suez. Last two years they steal lot of money.

Customer Services staff are helpful when I phoned and have acted promptly to sort out a recent collection issue and answer a different query. Both followed up promptly by email.
Slight irritation that I got a case closed email when the case hadn’t finished and I was still sorting out the issue with them. I didn’t stop it getting fixed quickly though.
