"Never use this company"

I have had nothing but problems with this company, from stinking dirty bins being delivered at the start of my contract, to charging me "excessive weight" when the bin had hardly anything in it! Time and time again they insist they are right. I'm about to cancel my contract and pay whatever I have to to get out of it as they are the worst company I have ever dealt with

"Not a great start to a new service for us"

First week of service, they didn't come. This weeks collection was on a different day to what we had been told it would regularly be, and no communication to tell us this. Communication with Suez Customer Service office is not particularly friendly. Not collected with a weighing vehicle, so how are we going to be charged correctly?

"Spoke to depot to arrange an out of…"

Spoke to depot to arrange an out of contract collection for the next day, Thursday. The day of collection, get email to say it had been rearranged for two day later, followed by another email saying it would be one day later. And then another email to say say that they couldn't do that day and that it would be Tuesday, two days before our schedulable collection.
I email to cancel the extra collection but that was ignored and the collection took place on the Tuesday, two days before scheduled collection.
Their reason was staffing issues.
Why did they take on the job if they had staff issues.
