we have had no food collection since the start of the contract and still chasing a collection.

Polite and tidy. No rubbish left lying around.

Useless, taken over the weekly bin collection in Milton Keynes and bins missed every week by lazy staff.

When you report a missed collection on MK council website Suez just close it as collected.

Now reported to MK council as an official complaint.

** Update 23/04/2025 Suez you have mailed me to say the collection complete again when my blue bin is still sat outside my house full.

I spoke to a guy by the name of Solomon from Customer Services who was very polite, helpful and professional. Solomon emailed me back to let me know the outcome of my complaint.

All in all, very good.

useless (non) pick up from agency staff, they always have an excuse.
To be honest James at Suez is great.
used this company for 8.5 years and always had issues, told them recently i was leaving and guess what, they offered to lower the prices....
little bit to late now...
