. Been using DCW for years , since it merged with Suez , it lately has been a disaster. The waste for us , was not collected for over a month , and general waste has still not been collected . We pay a lot in commercial waste collection , and the email replies to complaints made , look like scam AI replies , as they have no apology for their actions. I am very disappointed , and still have not had the situation rectified . If you are going to get so big , that you need to out source the collections , then you really need a logistics and operations manager that can deal with it . I wouldn’t mind , if you weren’t charging so much for a service , that we aren’t getting .

I have had a few occasion's when my bin has not been emptied. We have a security gate on our industrial estate that is open 12 hour's a day,but for some reason our bin has to be emptied outside these hours so we our expected to supply a remote to the company we have supplied 3 remotes to date (at our expence ) the latest remote is not working apparently so my bin has not been emptied for 2 weeks again. I phone customer services ask a question and get told to email my question i did that 3 day's ago and still waiting for a reply to say i am unhappy with the service is a understatement for sure. I will be looking to move to another provider.
