We requested the removal of our bins, and the customer service was very good, although it took a follow up call to action our request.

Our first food bin collection was 24 hours late which caused an issue with the bin being very full .

Failed to empty bin on scheduled day, we had to wait a further week and then there was still rubbish in the bin when it had been " emptied"

Bins were not collected even a week after payment was made.
When I called back they said its Friday so no one will come out.

Customer service is poor. The person I spoke with was sarcastic and did not care getting the matter resolved.

Excellent customer service team dealing with queries effectively. However, local depot aren't as good, continually chased by customer service team to address our issues.

Terrible, was collecting my waste for years then said as it had some wood in it I couldn’t use them. Even had the audacity to charge for extra collection when they didn’t.
