I assume this jewelry company deals with a lot of popular demands to deliver some of the most captivating jewelry pieces and custom medallions within the affordable jewelry market today, so of course I expected there could possibly have a long waiting process or could simply miss some of the most smallest details. But does this company still deliver amazing pieces that gets a lot of compliments and the wandering “eyes”? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Took forever to get to me ordered well before Christmas hoping to get it but didn’t get until after Christmas. Secondly only had it for a couple weeks and the clasp broke off top of container. I realize it’s not real gold but you would have thought it would be better made

"Horrible Unprofessional experience "

Not sure what happened to the shop owners but never received my order or shipping confirmation. Had to dispute the order through PayPal and they reached out to the commas well and never heard back. I sent a IG message and never heard from anyone and their last post was over a month ago. Received a refund through PayPal. This was a terrible very professional experience. If your business is no longer active then shut the site down.

Took over two months to receive the jewellery
The tracking number was a fake and not working. Only received a package after I put in a complaint with PayPal, which had a different tracking number.
A few months later and some of the stones have fallen out of the earrings.
There warranty is a lie.
No response to any messages or emails about claiming their lifetime warranty.
