This is my second review of this company and I felt I needed to write again and share my experience.
I purchased a further camera to add to my system and unfortunately the camera arrived damaged by DHL.
A quick call to CCTV Direct and Umayr the technician sorted it all out for me and kept me informed via WhatsApp and it was sorted and a new camera was dispatched and arrived in 2 days without any problems.
I have heard of people having problems with online companies when buying cameras and DVRs but as a customer of CCTV Direct, I have to say that I will be buying from them again and recommending them to my friends and family.
So buy with confidence, these guys know their stuff and won't be beaten on prices either.

Had a few orders with these which went fine, however I’ve recently had a camera go faulty and I have emailed twice, WhatsApp messaged and I have still not heard a thing in 4 days. I have an angry client and I cannot give them an answer regarding a camera that is less than 6 months old.

I got a quotation from appx 6-7 companies. Cctv direct beat all the prices, gave the best advice, also installed the hard drive inside the NVR for free instead of charging us £10. Also gave us some free connectors free. Can’t beat these guys at all. Muhammad was amazing and took his time going through and explained the whole system to us. Brilliant!! Thank you Muhammad at CCTV Direct. 👌

The HDD drive in our NVR threw up an error which we've had once before and were advised we needed a new NVR. Emailed CCTV direct asking their advice on a new unit but also HDD. Yunus advised that it was most likely just the HDD and to try replacing that first, but did also suggest a more suitable (cheaper) recorder. I took his advice and ordered a replacement HDD rather than a whole new NVR. I don't feel many companies would advise the cheaper option even if that is what is actually right for the customer. Delivery was the next day with DHL and it was very well packaged and protected. I would definitely use them again in the future. Being honest with customers and not getting them to overspend is worth the 5 stars alone in my opinion.
