Item missing on delivery. Rang to report it was told someone would call me back in 10 mins, 4 hours later no call so I rang back to be told on this occasion they would believe me !!!
Seriously !!
Despite me telling them there were two people present when delivery was opened.
Would have given 1* had they not replaced it.

"EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE "

EXTREMELY BAD, After a phone call for some advice i was told to ‘just go online’ after trying to explain I needed something inparticular the call was abruptly ended, it was clearly home time for the salesman. I proceeded to order what they said online and was completely wrong. Unbeknown to me the electrician installed an alarm panel but the keypad was incorrect.
After another phone call I was told I couldn’t swap the keypad because ‘it was company policy’
We spend thousands of pounds a year on security for our commercial and domestic premises with huge faith in Texecom and Hikvision. My advice would be to use the products but use a different company. The customer service is appalling and very unprofessional this is not the way to conduct business.
Certainly won’t be using again.
