The chaps that came round gave a very professional service installing the fibre and were very experienced, the customer service was outstanding and their prices are competitive so its a no brainer why I'm writing this review, 5 stars!

"This organisation is misleading customers who aren’t on their network"

This organisation is a complete waste of time. I inputted my postcode and they let me set up an order at c£29 per month, took all my personal details and said I might have to wait a month to be connected. I heard nothing for a few weeks then emailed them for an update. After a few days I got a phone call saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver the service for about 12 months! They don’t use the city fibre network so have to set up a whole new distribution network themselves. If you want to use them I suggest you email them to check if they’re set up in your street, otherwise they’ll let you wait for ever. They are just tricking people to sign up when they know full well they won’t be able to deliver. Even the name is a bit misleading as it can be mistaken for Cambridge city fibre

Customer service is second to none. Just renewed my contract and they matched any other I could find and gave me 935mbps for a huge discount. Great connection too and engineering support. Dump the big companies and go with them.

Having subscribed to their broadband service for about 2 years, very impressed with the broadband service as well as their customer service. Very reachable, available and genuine with their interactions unlike the bigger providers. I think it is also important for us as customers to support and promote smaller/independent providers like them so we have more of a choice and a fairer market.

Have been with Cambridge Fibre since 2021 and have never had anything other than a great experience with them. Such a contrast to any of the giant ISPs when it comes to customer service.

I’ve just renewed my contract for another 2 years.

One positive anecdote: support were awesome when I added a second router to make a mesh network and messed something up: someone very very capable SSH’d into my router on a phone call and rectified my ineptitude very quickly.
