Slippers not available in half sizes, which is essential for a good fit; they were consequently loose; improved by wearing socks, but still heel slippage on right foot. Have kept, as my favourite make , Morlands, also based in Glastonbury, have ceased trading.
I rang the Drapers customer helpline to chat about the issues, but the toffee nosed guy who answered, was not interested in my comments and actually put the phone down before I was finished.

Excellent customer service & quality beautifully warm, cosy slippers.
Love the ‘Camilla’ boot design slipper in Graphite. It has a rubber sole which is perfect if you want to go out in the garden.
Wish this slipper was available in Graphite colour size 11 as my husband would like a pair. Do hope larger sizes could be added to Camilla range in Graphite.
