"STILL BRILLIANT 25 YEARS+"
I have been buying Draper's Anton style slippers since I first noticed some (wrong size) o sale in an Oxfod Street store in the 1990s. I am on to my fourth pai 30 years on and love the sensation of slipping my foot inside the thick wool lining and on the firm heal of a new pair. These are exceptioinal slippers, a real luxury but one that has not gone up in price as much as many other things.

How can you work whith such an unreliable partner like UPS together? They sent me an mail, telling that the delivery will take place on last Friday, between 8:00 and 13:00 - in fact they never showed up. This is not the firste time that stuff like this happened with this company.

I have always purchased Draper slippers and I love them. Excellent service always.
I was very upset a few years ago when the slippers I bought for my mother on her brithday were stolen in the hospital where she was being treated for a stroke. She had not even worn them at the time.

"POOR QUALITY"
Purchased a pair of tweed slippers in Dec 2021, in July 23 noticed the fabric was fraying and contacted Draper who provided a replacement pair. Now only 8 months later they replacements are similarly failing. Having contacted Draper again, they state as their product is out of the laughable 3 month warranty and that they have decided that I have a medical problem with the way that I walk, they are unwilling to assist. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods must be of reasonable quality, which I consider 8 months, not to be reasonable. A premium price to support a UK business, but not a premium experience for myself.
