Received ray ban sunglasses fine but no cleaning cloth so a phone call to rectify that. I’ve now rung four times in the last month and still have not received any advantage card points !! Keep getting fobbed off, not impressed really.

"Misleading product"

Purchased a pair of sunglasses which were advertised as polarised. When they arrived i noticed that they were not. Tried to call to discuss this with someone but the phone lines were closed so sent and email regarding the issue. The reply I received was that there may have been a miss listing. There is no may about the matter. I work in optics and they are not polarised. The website still states the glasses are polarised and anyone without any experience would be over paying and not receiving the product they are expecting.

I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and managed to get a 25% off discount. They arrived next day, had a slight issue with a defect. I asked for a refund which was quickly processed, in the meantime I ordered the same pair again as didn’t want to miss out on the item being out of stock, again they arrived the next day. Perfect, well packaged. Really delighted I’ve saved almost £60 plus I got advantage points!

I bought a Ray- ban sunglasses from Boot designer sunglasses to give as a birthday present but it
even deserve 1 star. I love Rayban and I never have problems with until I decide bay from this company

I'm so disappoint, I can even explain how much. The customer service is even ridiculous, I don't think they even care about customers.

I sent back the sunglasses becouse has a detect on a leg and they answer realy worry, justifying saying didn't know how happen and saing all the product pass por quality check. "Realy?" I pay post insurance becouse their free label doesn't cover post damage and if get damage they don't give you nothing.
Today a received the second pair and surprise, surprise is even whose.
Now I want my money back and I say to you who is reading this, "if you don't want lose money don't but sunglasses from this site.

This company should be shame.

This is my second pair of this classic reincarnation of the Rayban Wayfarer. The new wayfarer suits this with a rounder face. I always but polarised as I like being by the water and seeing the shallows. Be sure and check the size you need !
