"Lack of Transparency and Poor Billing Practices – A Disappointing Experience"

I recently used your website justanswer.com services and the legal chatbot service, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Initially, I was informed that the subscription fee was $5, but after making the payment, two separate transactions were deducted from my account without any prior notification. Additionally, the website does not clearly display the total amount before confirming the payment, which I found misleading.

After noticing these unexpected charges, I decided to cancel my application and requested a refund. While I didnt receive my money back, the overall process felt unnecessarily complicated. Moreover, the automatic subscription setup felt like a deliberate tactic to charge users without clear consent, which is concerning.

While I understand that businesses need to generate revenue, transparency and ethical billing practices are crucial for building trust. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be using the service again. I hope the company improves its approach to ensure better clarity and fairness for future customers.

My daughter had an emergency situation this evening, Dr Raza reached out to us within minutes and was very informative and helpful to our situation. He made sure to explain to me what I needed to do to keep my daughter well throughout the night, which calmed everyone down.
I will be sure to watch for any signs of certain things throughout the night that would mean an emergency visit which we all try to avoid if at all possible, especially in the middle of the night. Thanks again, Dr Raza for informing me on what to do tonight with my daughter and for your genuine concern. Just put my mind at ease tonight as well as my daughter and everyone else in the family.

The convenience of this service available 24/7 with knowledgeable doctors In all areas, you pay next to nothing to get doctor advise, beats sitting in a emergency waiting room for hours and
then in a patient room for several more
only to get that nice bill in the mail at the end of it all stinks, but this service is greatis great and so convenient!
