I contacted JustAnswer on two occasions for advice. The Lawyers have been informative, courteous and empathetic on both occasions.
I would have preferred to liaise with the same Lawyer relating to the subject but understand not always possible.
It would be advantageous if the Lawyers have access to previous notes on the subject at hand.
