Thank you for your assistance with my pup tonight first and foremost. the service provided was timely and polite, and with human beings who listened and asked questions appropriate to my concerns about my pups health. I was really worried about how urgent a matter this problem is and the receptionist was on the line until the Vet could be contacted to speak via chat with me directly. Dr. Kara provided us with professional manner, did not assume anything and asked questions and clarified any answers with great communication using her expertise as a Vet for my pups health concern. She provided options or potential options only after asking questions to explore the nature of my pups problem and was thorough in explaining these to me as well as potential diagnosis and tests that may or may not be required And some treatment options and she helped determine how much of an emergency this is and if it could wait until regular business hours to address or should be addressed immediately. She had me examine my pet with specific questions about the appearance of her skin and gums and her behavior, potential contributing factors - and she was patient but did this all in a very timely manner. I am very grateful for the assistance I received from both the receptionist, Pearl And the Vet Dr. Kara during this chat. At the completion and in closing once the MD addressed the concerns, she offered to answer any other questions and she stated that she would follow up tomorrow to inquire about the progress and condition of my pup. this was a good experience for the nature of what it is when having to deal with a pup that's not well. I would recommend this service for both pet and their owners. It's very nice to receive personalised professional pet care. Thanks again for your assistance tonight.
