I was skeptical about this website at first but after so much googling I couldn't pinpoint what was wrong with my goldfish so in a last ditch effort I paid the $5 half expecting nothing to come of it. I could not be happier that I did. Dr. Caryn was so amazing I could almost cry because of how helpful she was in saving my goldfish Muchacho's life. I didn't notice she messaged me the first day and she followed up again the next day. She was so detailed and thorough in response to all of my questions (which were a lot) and her responses were easy to understand and implement, even giving me a whole cheat sheet for ideal goldfish water parameters. I've followed her advice for a couple weeks now and he's doing SO much better, fins and scales are healing, no longer constipated, the bump on his side is almost gone and his personality is coming back. It's like pulling teeth to get answers from my 1 year old son's pediatrician when he's sick, so for Dr. Caryn to be so helpful for my sick goldfish shows that she truly cares. Thank you so much Dr. Caryn!! Cannot recommend her enough.

The experience was very good but the consultant to fast for more information
