There was very little wait time (a minute or two) until I was connected to veterinarian Dr. Forbes, DVM who was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She went above and beyond providing me all the info I needed - information that my regular vet couldn't provide.

The outlet for our water dispenser was spraying all over. Austin dug in with trouble shooting in a way that was easy to understand and gave me lots of time to respond with questions I had. He explained that I did nothing wrong but rather this situation is fairly common.
