The outlet for our water dispenser was spraying all over. Austin dug in with trouble shooting in a way that was easy to understand and gave me lots of time to respond with questions I had. He explained that I did nothing wrong but rather this situation is fairly common.

Still lots better than waiting on hold. I know I sound a little back handed compliment. This is a top 5 chat system. If it wasn’t the IRS it would be the best chat. IMPRESSIVE BY ANY STANDARD. WHO KNEW THAT THE IRS HAD GOTTEN SO GOOD.
