"Scam subscription service"
Subscription service that does not make it clear that it is a subscription. I signed up to use it one time and kept getting charged $60/month. When trying to cancel the subscription the customer care team was less than helpful. You can only chat with customer care and the ask you a question and either cancel the chat before you can respond or once you do respond they do not respond and the chat ends. It seems like a shady business trying to scam people rather than help them. 1000% would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

"Underhanded practices"
I called JustAnswer about a dubious charge that appeared on my bank statement. I was put through to someone in the customer service, who said he'd look into it. The next day I find I'm charged a total of $55 for that conversation, with no answer to my original question. I called JustAnswer again and got the royal runaround. Don't deal with these guys.

I was very upset about a used vehicle I purchased one week ago. I had a problem with the vehicle within two days of purchase. Dealership fixed the problem but a day later I could see it wasn't right. They then told me it was my responsibility to fix not theirs and basically called me a liar. The attorney gave me clear specific steps on what to do next. She understood my problem and sent me the info for what to do. She was very understanding and helpful.

The company should inform a client, at the beginning of contact, that you will be subscribing to a service and will be charged a monthly fee, not a one-time fee of $5 that is refundable and should have a option button to accept the terms of service. Customer service was not provided properly and my issue was not resolved.
