Min far på 83 havde kommet til at trykke på et eller andet, da jeg søgte et svar på et spørgsmål om instilling af sit fjernsyn, så han havde åbenbart oprettet et abonnement. Jeg var så inde og skrive en temmelig sur meddelse herinde og fik omgående svar, hvor de lover at medlemsskabet er slettet. Det er fin service.

The only thing going wrong is when I go to touch the stars (all of them) it only takes two and I wanted to rate the service and doctor 12 stars! Excellent and prompt service from all. Doctor was very helpful and told me what I needed to hear. Will use this service as much as possible.

My $2 paid question was answered, not well...and then i was charged an $86 reoccurring monthly fee without any notice or approval. JUST ANSWER refunded one month of fees. Its a robotic system so beware you wont have a real person in customer support to speak to. Everything is automated.
