The hvac technician I spoke to was fantastic and answered my questions. My problem is with the service itself. I signed up and payed 5 dollars to ask a question. The service automatically sent me to a chat section. At no time did they tell me I was signing up for a 28 dollar monthly service or that they were automatically charging me for the service. I have no problem paying if I know UP FRONT. it's a dirty business practice and I will not be using this service again because of it!
