On rare occasions when I need to contact them they are on the other end of a phone - no waiting - and reply via email within the hour. Their website is excellent and easily navigable for someone like me who’s not very tech savvy. Love their utube content, very informative. I have peace of mind with them managing my money, they’ve done a sterling job!
