This is the worst company to order from. I ordered baking pan covers in the wrong size i never even took them out of original pkg. when i returned them i was told i had to pay for return shipping which was 60. 00 dollars on a 90.00 order and then a 15% restocking fee

"RESOLVED - Poor customer service and mismarked products"
I am updating my review as TigerChef contacted me to resolve the problems I was having. They refunded the money for the items which were not working for me, as well as the backordered items and I find this to be a very fair resolution.
The ordering experience was simple, the products are good quality and their prices are excellent. This was, I expect, a one-off issue. No harm, no foul.
I ordered the an 18"x26" sheet pan with a 25"x17" cooling rack. The rack does not fit the sheet pan. I called and was told that I could return these two items, at my expense, for a refund. The items totaled around $20 with shipping, the return shipping would be around $30+ because of the size. There was no assistance to get the correct rack for this product, just the ability to return it, again at my expense. In addition, I ordered some towels, which still haven't come, although it has been two months. Not at all happy with my experience or their responsiveness. I will not shop here again!

I only looked at the good reviews and wished I saw the negative reviews first before buying.
I never understood why shipping was almost the same price as the item itself. My item wasn't that heavy either.
But I paid for it anyways. When the item arrived, it was not the size I expected it to be. So I asked if I could exchange it for the same item but different size. They told me I'd have to return it with my own money for shipping and have to re-order the item I want. There were no deals or anything. They wanted me to overpay by shipping it back and order the new item with its ridiculous shipping fee.
I emailed them upset saying it's my first time ordering from them and how it's unfair and they ignored me. Even if they respond to my post here, I doubt they will be cooperative.

Ordred this hand guard to replace an OXO guard (the OXO guard was used for less than 9 months and the plastic chipped away onto sliced food - OXO would not respond to complaint). Did not know if this would work with OXO mandoline but ordered. LOVE IT -- 100% better quality than the OXO - especially since it is stainless and the fruit or veggie stays positioned much better in the mandoline. 5 stars!!!

coffee press arrived broken. it had no packing material in the box just the press in a box floating inside a bigger box. i figure that if they didn't care enough to ship it properly than they didn't care enough to make a quality product

This is a great product so far. It is a very sturdy and amazing quality product, which is what I've come to expect from the brand. And TigerChef was great about updates and provided a great buyer experience.
