Alexandra came to complete our annual flat inspection. She was very friendly, helpful, considerate and respectful. She phoned in advance to let me know when she was going to arrive. This was very helpful as I was working from home that day and had online meetings scheduled. Alexandra checked and reported the repairs that were needed and completed the check efficiently with the least disruption possible. I was very impressed with her professionalism, punctuality and kindness.
