"*1/5 Stars - Avoid DJ Alexander at All Costs!*"

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with DJ Alexander's service. Despite paying rent and advance, I was handed keys to an empty, unfurnished flat on (25/01/2025) Saturday, contrary to our agreement.

To make matters worse, the flat was in a appalling condition:

- Broken cupboard doors
- Mould in the bathroom
- Broken door handle for the main door
- Bins bags with unwanted stuff

I've been calling the property manager, Sophie Alley, since Saturday, and it's now [30/01/2025] with no solution or estimated date for repairs. I still can't move into the flat!

DJ Alexander's lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is staggering. They seem to prioritize collecting rent over providing basic services.

Unless you want to risk being left in a similar situation, I strongly advise against using DJ Alexander.

She is very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever I have questions. Even after moving in, she continues to be a great help. A very respectful and kind person—I truly appreciate her support
