Been using them for 15 years now. Recently they've been excellent at dealing with a tenant who stopped paying rent, initially refused to leave, and then left the place in a bit of a state.

All handled by DJA (and Wojciech) with reassuring calm and smoothness. Not only did they reassure me, they also made sure that the tenant was treated kindly and fairly.
