Recent move out experience with DJ Alexander and in particular with Gerrit Alberts was excellent! He made the process simple delivering clear communications and excellent service.

"Our boiler broke on the 26th January, took over 3 weeks to be replaced"

Our boiler broke on the 26th January, was reported immediately, took 2 days to get an "emergency" appointment, then it took a further whole week to get a visit from Scottish Gas to just survey it. Nothing then happened for another whole week, and on the 13th February they told us that if we hadn't heard from the contractor, to "give them a call". DJ Alexander are our letting agency, supposed to be supporting us with getting our boiler replaced as soon as possible, and after almost 3 weeks they ask us to "give them a call", after which they tell us to let them know if "we haven't heard from them in 1 week".

I understand boilers can take a little time to be replaced, but it took over 3 weeks for it to be resolved, and DJ Alexander dragged their heels at every opportunity. I look forward to the day we move out and no longer need to deal with this shambles of an organisation.
