Overall Voyager is very detailed and requires a lot of time in order to get thing precise. Compared to our previous system, Voyager definitely goes into more detail, regarding the interview process, raising jobs and placements.
I enjoy it more, however it does take a while to get from one bit to another, which is fine for us Admins, although consultants have told us it takes a lot more time.

The technical support people in Australia are fantastic. But this current version of Voyager is not as user friendly as the previous version. If it were not for the fantastic technical support I would have moved to a different product.

It was sorted in a timely fashion. But as an organisation we need to know what caused it. This was not divulged to us despite me asking for the reason.
