"I still have NOT received the wine"

I still have NOT received the wine.
WineDeals sent an E Mail asking when we wanted to take delivery. I responded that we'd be out of town until AFTER the August 25th.
So we arrived home on the 24th to find three attempts had been made to deliver the wine, and since we weren't there, it was sent back to the winery.
