"Happy customer "

From the survey to the work being done has been great. Each person who has been involved with the work have been good honest and polite. They have got on with the work and have been clean and tidy.
I'm very pleased with the works done, I couldn't be happier.
The office people on the phone are polite and very helpful and got everything to run smoothly.
Thankyou for being a great team.

"Boiler service"

Engineer from Invictus arrived on time. He was polite professional, and performed the boiler service efficiently leaving the work area clean and tidy.

"A good professional job."

Pro's always on time worked quickly,had things explained to me eg how to adjust the water pressure,I'd had solid fuel central heating before,so this got a bit of getting use to.Cons left a lot of mess,bits of carpet and lino left about,also the doors to two bedrooms were removed to make things easier to move large objects,but I ended having to put more screws in the hinges as some only had 1 or 2 in.But saying this I am happy with the central heating itself.

"Invictus Energy Group installed my…"

Invictus Energy Group installed my boiler a few years ago. I had basic yearly service cover with them. However a few weeks ago the boiler started making a dreadful noise I contacted them but as I didn’t have the full cover I had to go direct to the company name on the boiler. After doing this and struggling with what the issue was and when someone could come and look at it I was worried as I have a daughter with long term health needs/conditions and needs to be warm. I rang Invictus back and they sorted an engineer to come out as a one off to help. I don’t know of any other company that would ever do this.
It was then I increased my cover to full breakdown cover with them. It was a must it was imperative.
I cannot speak highly enough of the office based staff in St Helen’s and the engineers.
They are truly wonderful people. They are kind considerate thoughtful and caring. They all went above and beyond in order to help me and my family.
If there were more than five stars to give I would give them.
Invictus..thank you so much for all you have done and all you continue to do. X

"Less than perfect…."

Initially we were very impressed by Invictus. There was always someone on the end of the phone to answer our many queries over the government grant insulating our home. The surveyor was friendly and helpful, as were the workmen, all of whom seemed expert and did good work to a high standard.

We were told the work would take 10 days - in the end it took more than 6 weeks. The disruption to our lives was worse than we could have imagined, though, to be fair, the surveyor did warn us.

Where we have come to grief however is the lack of
further advice and help re Hive system and Radbot ones. Current central heating is erratic and the wrong rooms get heat. We were referred to Radbot itself who explained that it takes time for the system to get used to our ways. Our impression is that our robot is particularly thick.

We are elderly and are finding it very difficult (even with help from children and grandchildren) to get our heads round all this. We feel that the new system is far less economical that our old TRVs as rooms that require no heat are overheated eg our bedroom.

Currently our plan is to remove the Radbot ones and replace them with the old TRVs, except they have probably been chucked.

This seems rather a waste, but as we can get no further help from Invictus who are refusing to return our calls, we realise we’ll have to sort ourselves out. This is the solution we’ve come up with.

It’s disappointing that our impression of Invictus as a caring, efficient and helpful organisation has been diminished by their lack of support once the work was done.

"Really very happy from start to finish "

It’s not everyday you can say getting your boiler serviced is a lovely experience. From start to finish the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Even with me having to do a last minute time change. Everyone involved was wonderful and really helpful. I can’t praise them enough.
