"Full restoration"

I have a larger system used to create online video content, as a person working 50% from home. The LogOnFixtIt technician helped diagnose intermittent system anomalies. This resulted in replacing two the failing solid-state hard drives in the SSD bank, and then restoring the software system back to the original image -- OS partition, application program partition, and one of 5 working data repositories. The technician helped with the software system restoration. Due to the intermittent failing drives, traditional software "disk repair" approaches didn't work, creating clones also didn't work, so we then had to perform a backup restoration. It was very lengthy, taking several days due to the slow processes involved and the volume of data. The tech checked in at periodic intervals with me via phone text and voice-phone when the system was "in process" working. They stayed with me until it was complete and everything checked out.

When actually manipulating the system remotely, they use the TeamViewer application. This is a secure remote support portal that is also used by tech support groups of many other software companies --only active by permission from the client's end. LogOnFixIt accommodated my schedule whenever they needed to access the system remotely.

This is the 3rd time I've called on LogOnFixIt. Their technicians are always very responsive, knowledgeable, and "get the job done". Prior calls were closed out within a few hours. This incident took longer to resolve due to the nature of the problem and the complex system configuration.
