Originally I had the manufacturer's service tech attempt to correct the slowness of my laptop. Minimal assistance.
Not satisfied, I proceeded to search online for a tech who would be able to resolve all the issues I was experiencing and not charge a yearly subscription and still warranty their work. Furthermore, I wanted all the work performed remotely and immediately.
LogOnFixit was the company that fulfilled my requests. Ravi, who I was very impressed with his ability and knowledge performed exactly what was required to bring my computer to the level I experienced when I first purchased 7 years ago.
