I watched in amazement as each of my laptop issues were resolved remotely. After hours of frustration without an internet connection LogOnFixit did just that - I logged on and they fixed it and then some. Fees were very reasonable and service is outstanding. Stop flailing around your keyboard and call these folks. I am a happy man.
