"Used m25 movers back in october to…"

Used m25 movers back in october to move, they ripped our garden furniture fabric sofas. They are quite pricey, as a resolution they offered £125 compensation or to pay for upholstery costs, it has taken me a long time to try finally source fabric and the right upholster for the job, but because the cost is now too high, apparently as the case was first bought up a few months ago (even though i reported it to them the very next day in october), apparently the only option is now £125. If I was you I WOULDN'T use them for your removal service just in case anything goes wrong, they bleet on about customer service but I have to be honest I've found the whole process quite difficult and the fact the "claims" team have no phone line should also ring alarm bells to anyone thinking of using them. Be wary of how many fake 5 star reviews might be on this page as well!

Update, spoke to a guy called gabriel who was extremely rude and basically just hung up on me saying they won't honour anything they offered before? what kind of company service is this?

Update......now told me I'm harrassing them because I sent over a copy of the invoice from the upholstery company? How is that harrassment? the sofa didn't have a massive rip in both sides of it when it was handed to them however much "wear and tear" they want to say.

Did not work exactly, as promised.

On the first day, only 2 people came and worked only till 2 pm, leaving half the packing. That delayed the packing for the next day, and we could only move the stuff after 2 pm the next day. There wasn't enough time to put everything in place.
But overall, moved everything that we wanted and the guys were very friendly.
