"VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!"

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Purchased Cotton printed labels - initially very helpful and labels looked great - until all the print disappeared when ironed (on a wool setting)!! After contacting them they said they wouldn’t recommend ironing them - which makes them pretty useless to be used on clothing then!!! Asked how to get a refund…… no reply to that!

"Poor quality "

After following the instructions that was sent with the iron on labels, it took several attempts to get one to adhere to the garment. The label then came off in the first wash.
I should have realised something not good as on the website there are no bad reviews, no one is perfect so I would expect to see the odd one.

Used this company about 3 years ago to create some labels for a product I was making. They did a cracking job and I was very pleased with the labels they produced and the speed in which they delivered them. 3 years on and I have just about used up all the labels so I logged in to their web site to see if my last order was still there. Thankfully it was, so I just clicked "Re-Order" on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and the new labels have just landed in my letterbox! Very pleased with the service and the labels. Love that it's a british company doing a good job in a fast time. Will definitely use again.

"Iron on satin labels poor quality - do not buy!"

Iron on satin labels.
I bought several batches of iron on satin labels at different times. Unfortunately, all of them are very poor quality: - colour fades after 1 or 2 washes and then the name completely vanishes after several washes. The satin fabric itself easily comes off after the washes. I had to re-iron and re-hand write the names after every wash.
As a parent to two school children, I would not recommend buying anything in this range.

Labels are of excellent quality and delivered within the advertised timeframe. Brydie was very helpful and nailed the design.

"Issues now resolved"

I purchased stick on name tags for my child's school clothes, the first week of starting school and they have all come off in the wash! I followed directions on how to attach, nobody has got back to me and I am unable to request a refund.

**Aftersales team sent me some sew in versions after the sticky ones failed to work. Although it was more time consuming to attach them all to the clothes, they are now safely named.

Disappointing. Incorrect labels sent different to my order. Only way to get a refund was to post them back at my expense!
Edit: I did let the company know I thought this unfair as they had made the mistake and I’m pleased to say they have refunded me. Only right to edit this review.

"How amazing is their customer service"

How amazing is their customer service. Ordered the stick on stickers - after washing the garments the stickers came off half the items - so I emailed them to raise this - in the mean time, I re-read the instructions and I had actually stuck them onto the wrong part of the garments. They replied to check where I had stuck them - clearly my mistake and put them on the wrong area of the garment - as a goodwill gesture they sent me the order again for free. Amazing - well done to you all in customer services
