My experience with Eden training has been very good and helpful. My skills coach Hannah has been very supportive throughout my apprenticeship and been there when ever I had any questions. The teaching sessions were useful and helped with my work a lot.

"Eden training "

I was assigned Emma Garrett as my skills coach when I started my level 3. From the start Emma was a great support and would explain everything to me so I was confident and sure of what was expected of me. I have now passed my level 3 and Emma continued to support me right until I passed. I really enjoyed working with her and I'm so grateful for her help.

"Apprenticeship "

My skills tutor Hannah was helpful throughout my apprenticeship.
The only problem was is that my end day was 5th Feb and now it’s been delayed so now I am preparing for my end point.

"Laura Crossland functional skills tutor "

I started working with my functional skills Laura Crossland a year ago and within that year I have developed so much knowledge in maths thanks to Laura she helped me learn in a way I’ve never been able to learn before and has improved my day to day maths forever. She is the only person to teach me maths that has never given up no matter how much I struggled Laura would always come up with a solution. Maths has never been my strong point but with the help of Laura I am now helping my 6 year old learn skills I’d of not been able to teach. Not to mention I also passed my English exam. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Laura and I will be forever grateful to her for sticking by me and supporting me.

the skills coach i have is amazing. she’s always willing to support you even outside her work hours. always quick to reply to emails and always ensure you get the best support for the work you have. she made the apprenticeship process super simple for me. ive spoken to a couple people on the eden team and they all seem so lovely and helpful!!

I never thought I would pass my level 3 childcare course, I really lacked confidence in myself and nearly gave up, but today I passed and this is because i worked really hard, pushed myself because my coach Emma Garrett believed in me and kept me going until the end THANKYOU!
