"AT WARDEN 265/70R/17"
I bought the AT WARDEN 265/70R/17 and I’ve them on my GMC 2500HD. So far I’ve put 2k miles on them and are very impressed. First thing is they look good. When you go for your first drive they are so quiet. That’s been my favorite part so far. Living in Wyoming we have some harsh winters so I’m excited to see how they handle in dead of winter. Keep you updated.
Andrew Wilkins.

"Mud Lord 285/70/17 Tires"
Bought these tires a little under a year ago, I spent over a grand rebuilding the entire front end of my truck only to find out the tires were the issue I have called and sent in picks of the tires and even had Big O Tires put it down on paper what was wrong and they came to the same conclusion that all 4 tires had the belt slip. The warranty department has been more than difficult telling me that Big O Tires lied and are refusing to give me my money back or new tires. My tires also have extreme dry rot and its not even been a year they told me it was due to weather conditions and I experienced no snow last year at all let alone I guarantee that if it was any other tires and you sat them in snow for a year it still wouldn't be as bad as mine I also added that to the warranty claim and they told me I could not use that because they don't accept it even though its one of the options you can select when filling out the claim. I even bought the premiere wear and the warranty on all four tires though it claims to be no hassle it has been nothing but that. You can't even write them a review without sending it first to their email. As a college student and a person who has a full-time job, I definitely would recommend staying away from buying their tires. I've seen Treadwright respond to other bad reviews on here saying the same thing and they might on this one but I will update if they actually resolve the issue

"BROKEN BELT SEVERE RISK"
Belt broke on the tires within months of manufacturing and less than 1800 miles.
Due to the life risk the truck has been parked months now waiting for a fix.
I was instructed to fill out the warranty form and they would respond within 48hrs.
Filed the form, confirmed it was received and it has now been weeks without a resolve, started out with no communication, only after much persistence did I get a reply, then it was same thing, no reply until I was persistent about a response. They then acknowledged the tires were crappy, and offered to sell me rd hazard and the would replace them......WOW!! WHAT did I just hear??. After challenging the twisted proposal I had just heard, I requested a manager, an extremely extended hold, led to, the manager was already gone for the day and would call tomorrow ( already having such a poor communication experience) I said are they actually going to call? It's been weeks since last communication, I was assured they would call the following day! I'm still waiting for that call.
INSTEAD!!!! the following day treadwright replies to an online review that their records show the tires were extremely under inflated ( they have no inflation records from my tires)
Then I do more research and find out less than 50% of reviews are 5 star.
THATS RIGHT!!
OVER 50% OF CONSUMER'S HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE.

295/65/R20 Mud Lords on '11 Ram 3500 long wheel base....Love the tires, balanced easy, ride smooth with minimal noise. Waited to have that specific size manufactured but worth the wait for the quality and price.

"Customer service supervisor is a uneducated joke"
I’ve been buying these tires for the last 20 years with this company and I’ve never had an issue until my third set. I contacted customer service and sent them pictures of the two tires that were bad or you got no response via email but three days later FedEx delivered to new tires. This last go round will be my last. This set now has multiple issues like cracks and splits in the sidewall hole in the sidewall that the “customer service supervisor lady” called air pockets and said there was nothing wrong with them. she told me that they would send another pair of tires, but I would have to pay restocking fee and shipping cost back to them and they would give me 10% off if the defects were due to their process 🥴 who else would do something to the tires, of course it’s their issue, and they only had 8500 miles on them. After a month of not hearing anything from them I called repeatedly until it was resolved. I had to buy two new tires which they did give me 10% off cause it was their fault; how courteous. These two tires set outside for two weeks and I want to put them on there’s already cracks in the sidewall and more air pockets? Once again, I called customer service and they were lovely supervisor lady tells me from the pics. She told me they can’t cover them under warranty because they sat outside and had water marks inside the tires. My exact words were “ Are you fu king re tar ded or just special? Do your tires not stay outside or do you bring them in every night?” I will no longer deal with customer service with that much blatant ignorance in charge of customer service. My business will go elsewhere from now on.

"I was Leary of Online sales"
I was Leary of Online sales, I purchased 4 M/T tires for my Chevy HD2500 4x4. So far I am very happy with the Tires, I only wished I had gone with the All Terrain vs the Mud, either way I will be purchasing Tires from Treadwright in the future for all my vehicles. We will see how they handle in the winter with Snow, but I am sure they will be exceptional. We installed them in July so I have had time to see how they handled. A suggestion, not sure how it would work, but the old Tires that were replaced would be great as casings, sure the cost would outweigh the benefit in a state/local collection? but I see this as a way of the future.
