I filled in a form online to be contacted about changing my policy and it was confirmed in an email but I never had a call or email back.
When I did call, I had a query and I was put on hold I was cut off and not called back. I had to call back and was on hold for ages to speak to someone else and go through the renewal all over again. I must say the girl I spoke to, I think she was called Penny, she was great and very helpful.
