"Excellent customer service"

I have used MoYou for a while now as they are a great DIY home nail product.
I did however have an issue with some gel strips which I recently purchased however they resolved the issue straight away with no problem. I’d like to especially mention Julie from customer service who I had the pleasure of dealing with via email as she was super helpful and efficient and it gives me confidence in continuing to purchase from MoYou.

Decided to try this despite being an avid salon goer and I was really impressed. Kept the first set on for two weeks and it didn’t budge. I wasn’t sure it would last at first but certainly did. So have ordered again and have a stash now. I’ve started alternating salon and home because I can achieve pretty good results very quickly. I have all of the kit do to shellac at home but this is much faster and as good as my DIY shellac.
Also had a great experience with customer service. Thought they missed and item from my order - they were super helpful!

First set literally fell of. They sent a free set. Did all the steps imcluding leaving them for 10 hours !!
Within minutes they had come of just before i was leaving so dissapointed.

The customer service is brilliant. I had a problem with a couple of nails not staying on which they resolved immediately and replaced with a new set. I have had them on 3 weeks now and could leave them on longer but my nails have grown so sadly I have to remove them. I love the product and they look so much better than my own attempt at painting them. This is the way to go, such a professional finish. Thank you MOYOU.

Wow!!! What an incredible company! I messaged them for advice as I was having some trouble getting my nails to cure. I was emailed back within a few hours with very helpful tips and advice. They have also sent out replacement nail strips and a new nail lamp. I dealt with the same person (Julie) from start to finish which was brilliant.
Well done moyou! I shall be recommending you to all my friends!

I have purchased 3 sets now and I have worn them one after another, each set I’ve had on for over two weeks and one of the sets was on for over 4!

I really rate them, very easy to put on just a little fiddly. I do think there quite expensive but still cheaper than going to the salon and my nails are so so sooo much healthier which is the biggest selling point for me!

"Easy to apply, lasted a whole 2 weeks and easy to remove!"

I tried MOYOU nails after seeing adverts on social media (risky, I know) and after going to a nail salon with my daughters. I did some research and placed an order, not expecting much. Refreshingly, their social media ads are actually very accurate and the products are amazing. I bought two different sets as I wanted to alternate the designs on my nails. Applying was very easy (child play on my left hand applying with my right hand, a bit trickier in the other direction, but even with a lack of accuracy in applying the end result was great). Admittedly I used my own lamp so can't judge the free one that comes with a multi buy at the moment on their website. I also used a top coat that was also cured under my lamp. The nails looked beautiful and did last a full two weeks. On the last day, started peeling off a tiny bit at a couple of edges, so started catching my hair a bit so thought it was time to try taking them off. I'd read the instructions about acetone and nail stick etc. Out of curiosity I tried peeling one off, and it came off as easily as a Babybel skin. After my nail salon experience, the gel needed filing off, acetone wraps for 15 minutes followed by more filing. These came off so easily and my nails just needed a quick buff/shine and look perfectly fine and healthy. I would totally recommend these as they are so easy to use and leave your nails healthy and strong. Cheaper and easier than a salon. Of course a proper gel from a salon will last for ever until you decide to take it off, but to be able to do this at home and for it to last two weeks and not need any help to take them off, all for £12 for a set is a pretty good deal! Happy customer. Off I go to check their Halloween range!

"Great nails, awful service"

Ordered one set of nails to try, and they were great! Much better than liquid and stayed on for over two weeks without chipping/falling off. On the back of that, I subscribed and received my first two boxes. Unfortunately they were both a different shade to the one I ordered, so I emailed to get replacements. The replacements arrived and, unbelievably, they were wrong again. I've completely lost trust in the company now and have requested a refund and cancelled my subscription. It's a real shame their customer service is so awful, as they're no doubt losing customers to their competitors.
