"Good experience "

I placed my order and they arrived in the time stated. The gel strips looked exactly as shown in the picture and I followed the instructions on how to apply,one of the helpful tips was to leave them on a few minutes before using the lamp to make sure they had chance to stick to the nail. This worked really well. I used my own lamp, which I imagine is more powerful than the one being offered, so not sure if this helped with the positive result. I will order again and hope I am impressed for a second time. I can confirm there is no chipping and I have been doing a garden project while wearing the nails

"Came off even after lots of curing "

Absolutely lovely nails, however they came off almost immediately. I did everything by the application instructions, cured them a lot and no luck. They just came off even after I followed every instruction. Cured a lot. Tried again with another set. Again, still off. Nails cleaned and evened, nothing. Nothing has made them stay on

"Incorrect item. "

Wrong item sent. Countless emails, no response. A lot of money for the incorrect item. These were needed for a family wedding. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Not great service.

"Beautiful gels"

Beautiful gels, I ordered 3 sets and got the lamp for free, I also orders the wooden nail tool.
I read all the instructions and watched a couple of YouTube videos on how to apply and away I went, I have some improvement to make on application however they have lasted 2 weeks and I’m only taking them off as I want a fresh set for a concert in a few days.
My nail tool did come apart on the first use but I message moyou on Facebook and I had a reply the next day and they have replaced the tool no problems at all.
I have read all the other reviews and all I can say is if you have a problem maybe Facebook message them and email them.
I will not be going back to the salon I will be using moyou from now on.

Have requested a refund and been waiting ages for even a reply, let alone a refund. Seems to be they only respond to bad reviews yet you cant reply to them even though they say they want to help you!

"Still waiting for my delivery after two weeks. "

Order process was good and was shipped quickly. However, since 18/7 tracking hasn’t moved. DPD updated saying there was a delay with my parcel 10 days ago and nothing since. I have contacted moyou several times asking for it to be looked into. I was told 5 days ago that they were investigating with DPD but still have heard nothing. I requested a refund but was told they were still looking into it! This is not my fault. I have tried to be patient but needed some of the items quickly and now it’s too late as I am about to go away. Will have to try a chargeback with my bank.

Beautiful nails without damage to the natural nail
I have waited until trying several sets of MoYou nails so I could write an honest review.
I can grow my own nails long but if I use acrylics or gels they damage my nails. They become dry, split and flake and it takes around 6 months to return to health.

After months of looking at these and reading reviews I eventually decided to bite the bullet and give them a try.

1st try - I used the glass top coat but couldn’t get it to cure, they went tacky so I removed them.

2nd try - looked great but I forgot to push back the cuticles on my right hand so after about 5 days my hair kept catching under edges so I removed them.

3rd try -perfect lasted 2 weeks,I only removed them due to re growth

4th try - just put them on for holidays 🙂

Hints for application
1. Make sure to push back cuticles
2. Choose size just smaller in width than your natural nail so the edge doesn’t overhang the skin or cuticle which causes them to lift.
3. Make sure to stretch them over the length of the nail and towards the edges. (Hold the base of the nail gel with another finger whilst stretching)
4. Use the wooden cuticle stick to push down all over the nail and into edges.
5. Trim nail to your own natural nail length
6. Don’t file until they have cured! (They are too soft)
7. Cure for 2-3 minutes then file.
8. Cure for another minute once finished filing.

Do one hand at a time
Right hand is hard to cut with scissors so get a large set of nail clippers

Removal
I have only used the cuticle oil to remove. Never needed acetone
Put cuticle oil around edges and soak the wooden stick in the oil
Slowly work it underneath the nail
Don’t force it
Once removed my nails were still in perfect condition.

"Ordered the gel strips"

Ordered the gel strips. Read the instructions properly and watched the videos. The strips are very thick and don’t seem to cure properly and within 24 hours, they started lifting and bits broke off. I don’t see how other people can get 2 or 3 weeks out of them. However, customer support were very efficient and refunded me straight away. A real shame as the concept is great.

"Can't fault them! Brilliant!"

I was previosuly using another brand which I was happy with already. I only decided to give Moyou a try because they had more designs to choose from. I applied the first ones 2 weeks ago and other than a little bit of lifting near the nail bed (which was my fault when I applied them) they look as good now as when I first applied them. There is no lifting on the ends at all which I am really impressed with. I have had loads of compliments and people asking 'where did you get your nails done?' Can't fault them at all! Very happy with the purchases!

"Awaiting tesponse"

I too am experiencing no reply to emails. I ordered three sets of nails and received the free lamp which unfortunately after charging does not work. This review is based entirely on communication and faulty goods as I am unable to rate the nail wraps as I cannot use them without the light. I will post another review if I receive a working lamp and am able to actually use the product. I wish I had read a few more reviews before I purchased.
# this is an edit to the above review , I have received an email from moyou London and they have put a replacement light in the post. I would have given five stars but I haven’t tried the nails yet I can just vouch that they look very shiny and pretty
