"Just purchased my first Testprep…"
Just purchased my first Testprep practice test and quite disappointed. The English grammar and spelling is horrendous making it hard to understand the question sometimes. Additionally, in the practice mode, they reveal the answer as soon as you click any checkbox, so you basically are shown the answer before you have selected all the checkboxes in a multi answer question.

"Technical difficulties, but good content."
We had technical difficulties. Initially there was almost no content in the Advanced SCAT modules, question #1 of each module will be available but #2 and thereafter will be blank. Going through FAQs did not provide solution. Emailed and received response next day suggesting we use incognito mode on our browser and that worked. The content is good.

"Cogat packs"
I would really recommend to use their Cogat packs. My kids performance got more better after using those packs. My kids got more comfortable for test content thanks to testprep online packs.The customer service representatives are so helpful and very responsive.

"Absolutely love test prep online!"
Absolutely love test prep online. We purchased the family package mainly for my 5th grade son to practice for upcoming Spring MAP tests which would be the criteria used for sixth grade placement in our school district. He went from 30% Math Map (Winter 2019) to 56% Math Map (Spring 2019). His Reading MAP scores went from 45% (Winter 2019) to 68% (Spring 2019). He has always maintained A’s and B’s but has developed test anxiety over the past year and a half. The software allowed him to practice the test questions and learn how to test properly - process of elimination, working out on scratch paper, etc. each quiz gives detailed information for the answers. I cannot say enough good about this site and how it has helped to build my sons testing confidence back up! We fully intend to keep using this site to help him moving forward and will also use it for my daughter who will be in second grade next year. I’ve told everyone and anyone that will listen how great this site is and how much it has helped my son this last half of the school year- TEST PREP ONLINE is the golden ticket in our book!

"Big promises with nothing to show"
Claims to have instant access. My credit card was charged, I received an invoice from the company but I have no access. I purchased the Family Membership and have nothing. Under the contact information, the company claims to have a chat option but there's no link to chat. I checked my profile and it shows no payment history. Meanwhile, I've paid in full and have nothing.

"Unable to access test materials after the purchase!!"
My child has a test early next week. I bought the CoGAT grade 4 test materials online couple of days before the test on Friday. Before the purchase I checked the website and made sure that the test materials will be available instantly on my account as I only had couple of days left for the test. After the purchase online, I received an e-mail with the invoice. But I can't access the test prep materials online as they indicate. According to their website, you can chat with their representatives during certain hours. I tried that option to contact them but there is no chat window at the bottom right of the screen as they mention. When you call their number it goes to their voice mail saying there's no one to answer your call. I have submitted a ticket/query online about it. Keeping my fingers crossed hoping someone will respond and resolve this. I hope I did not waste my money as I already wasted one day out of 2-3 days I have for using the materials to prepare the test.
Update:
Customer support resolved the issue within an hour of submitting the ticket. Changing my rating from single to four stars.

"Simply the worst"
Simply the worst. I never even opened the website test and viewed it. I proactively purchased for when I needed it and then they said it was expired. After no email response for days, I used the live chat
They kept saying they would review, look into it, see how they can help and get back to me asap. I continually followed up and just continued to be told someone would get back. Still nothing. At this point it is useless but everyone should know the awful customer service and company that this product represents. As a school district administrator there are so many companies out there who offer this service and this is certainly not one that stands behind their products or word. Dont let them fool you with "just contact us and we will help" because they don't and won't.
** Follow up to their reply. There was nothing clear about the expiration of the purchase. It was a complete shock that something that was never used expires. I initiated on live customer service multiple, multiple times and all I would ever receive is we will get back as soon as possible, someone will email you. It is late on a Tuesday now. Inquiries began over a week ago. I still do not have an email or resolution. I should not have to inquire on live yet again as it has been repeatedly said that someone would email and get back to me.
