Batterie de 7 mois totalement HS moins de 2,5 volts après tentative de rechange. Batt24. Fr et .Ed ne répondent pas .A fuir !

Franchement j’ai relancé plusieurs fois pour savoir par rapport à ma batterie, elle est garantie deux ans, elle ne fonctionne plus. J’ai jamais eu de réponse si t’as fuir

J'ai acheté une batterie Varta il y a un an cette batterie est en court circuit mais sous garantie. Impossible de joindre Batt24.fr par téléphone et il ne repond pas aux mails envoyés . Que faut il faire?

Sie war in einwandfreiem Zustand und einsatzbereit. Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Wert, den ich für den gezahlten Preis erhalten habe.

We ordered a Victron distributor for 200 euro. It was shipped but then returned to the sender because they didn't have the entry code for the building. They didn't contact us to get the code or deposit it at a pickup spot. We weren't even notified about any of this. And, importantly, we have not been refunded!! It has been 2 months and we have contacted their customer support and got no reply. We made another contact attempt today, through their online contact form, which is the only way to contact them, no working phone number or anything. Writing in English, French, and German to be on the safe side. Not feeling optimistic about getting either the product or the money back though... very scammy feeling I have to say.

3 batteries commandées pou mon van. 2 sont arrivées rapidement et la troisième un mois après. Le problème chez Batt24 est qu’il n’y a pas de support téléphonique et que la plupart des mails restent sans réponse. Quand le transport se passe bien, c’est parfait. En revanche, si vous avez un colis qui est endommagé par le transporteur comme pour moi, la livraison risque d’être longue.
