Essentially I'm very happy with the quality of the product and it has lived up to expectations
My only gripe is about the 'next-day' delivery charge. I wondered whether 'next-day' would be possible but decided to go for it as the weather forecast for the upcoming Easter weekend was good. I ordered after 12 on the Wednesday so it wouldn't arrive on the Thursday, and Friday and Monday were Bank Holidays.
On Tuesday, I got a call to say that delivery could be made on Thursday, but as a result of that conversation it arrived on Wednesday. I'm not bothered about the money as it is really a very small charge, but if you are going to offer (and charge for) that service then it ought to work. If Friday hadn't been a Bank Holiday then surely the delivery company would have had to pick up the item on Thursday to deliver on Friday. In that case they MAY have been able to deliver on Saturday. In any case a call on the 'worst case' day that it should be delivered, to say that it would arrive in 2 days time, not even the next day, can't be right.
Solution is simple - don't offer mext day delivery.
Haven't had much chance to use the corner sofa yet but it is quite comfortable even without the cushions and the cushions themselves seem to be really good.

"Avoid Keplin - Poor Quality & They Don't Care"

We bought 2 boxes of 100 black Keplin Merrimen disposable face masks. What a total waste of money. They are so poorly made. I would say 4 out of 5 would brake as you put them on. The strap detaches from the mask at the slightest stretch. These cannot be depended on when out and about.

I contacted Keplin with pictures and receipt but were told there was nothing they could do. Avoid this rubbish.

I have bought a humane mouse trap and it is fantastic!. It is very easy to set and the most important it does not damage the mouse inside. I have been so happy with it that I bought another one.
you can wash it and it is reusable.
I have already got 6 lovely mice that I left free in the country.
