"If I could give no stars for Customer…"
If I could give no stars for Customer Service I would. I ordered and paid for 4 x 8m rolls of wrapping paper. What was supplied was 3 x 5m. I wrote with photographic evidence of this "error". I was eventually replied to saying I could return the items (post and packing at my own expense) for a refund or they would give me a 15% discount. Both options are totally unacceptable as they only supplied 47% of the order. Unfortunately PayPal did not think photographic evidence was enough proof of my claim so this matter remains unresolved to my satisfaction.

Awful company and definitely won't use again. Sent the wrong item out to me. Customer service just as bad and recieved one unhelpful email a day only after being chased my end each time.
Offered a 10% refund and I could keep the wrong item-90% of the original purchased item was 3 times the amount of the product sent.

Ordered two of the same guitar stands on Dec 1st only received one, not had a receipt for them either. Despite three emails still not received a reply, not happy and it seems I will have to go the trading standards route good job I payed by PayPal or else I'd have no evidence I'd bought them.

Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole. Had to order twice as didn’t nt receive the first order. I have now not received the second order and still waiting for both refunds. Had to give it one star otherwise I couldn’t write a review I wouldn’t bother giving them a star at all. Looks like I might have to Contact my credit card company and trading standards if I do not receive my refunds

"Speedy processing and delivery of my order."
I placed an order (for a Humane Mouse Trap) with Keplin over the weekend, and received an email informing me that it had been shipped on Monday (16th November). The item arrived yesterday evening at around 6pm.
Thanks for the speedy response - only minor complaint is that the courier (MyHermes) left the order outside after knocking on my front door, but did not wait to check that I had taken it in.
