Thompson Creek is a great company. When I called I received an immediate response. They scheduled an appointment for a representative to come to my home and go over the options for the replacement that would best suit me. I replaced three windows and a patio door. They were very friendly and professional. After the deal was set I was contacted the next day to set up a day for the installation. They arrived on time and started right away. The installers were very good and it only took them a few hours. When they were finished and I inspected the work they made sure I was completely satisfied and asked if I had any concerns. The field manager even stopped by to inspect the work and make sure everything was done right. The manager said if I had any issues or concerns don't hesitate to call them. My wife loves the new windows and door. I recommend them and will use them again.

Installation crew spectacular. Poor rating because once we signed contract Thompson wasn't as responsive as pre contract. Took several requests to get itemized copy. When contract was signed buy one get one free offer was the reason we signed up. That didn't reflect in the pricing when I finally got an itemize copy and when mentioned no one responded. Only one week given to cancel and their delay in response for itemized copy came weeks after

These guys are awesome. Installers put blankets every where even on.my stairs when they came in to use the bathroom! And a supervisor came just 30 mins after the install to make sure I was satisfied! Love these guys!

"Basement windows replaced efficiently"

Thompson Creek crew arrived on schedule, with all materials to replace basement windows and a door. Windows have less glass and more frame than the old steel frame windows, did not realize that would be the case. After expressing concern about the amount of foam between frame and wall (under the trim), the installer was more careful on subsequent windows. The door is well constructed and well installed. Everything was cleaned up when the crew left,

I have had several windows installed on two separate occasions. The first team did an excellent job, the second team I had to point out a crooked window that had been shimmed incorrectly. They fixed it but had I not noticed it would have been installed crooked as they were beginning to calk it. Overall the windows are great but I’m unhappy with the screens. My old ones were black screens and had no effect on visibility, the new ones are silver and reflect the sun causing a problem with visibility for most the day. I have yet to hear back if they are going to replace them with black.
