Our experience with Thompson Creek was amazing! From the gentleman who came out to sell us the product to the guys who came to install the sliding door, everyone was very friendly and professional. I will surely use them, if needed, in the future!

I really can't say enough about how excellent this company was to work with. I met with Sales Rep Al Kowalski who came over to do the original quote. During our meeting, I asked questions about the Front Door, two sliding doors and three kitchen windows and I liked his direct honest answers.

The Project Manager Alan came to measure the doors and three kitchen windows and explained how it looks like and provided brochures to show the colors and selection that we had for the grids.

The construction scheduled day, the project team arrived on time and completed all the work as promised on the same day. Finally project manager visited the site and explain all what they have done and answer all the questions I asked. What was delivered was AMAZING!!

I highly suggest this company if you are looking to replace doors and windows.

"Poor response to multiple phone calls to set an appointment"

Initial install went well, good work on 192 feet of gutter. Unfortunately, no gutter was provided over the bow window. Trying to get an appointment has been very difficult to have someone come out and price that small job. Disappointing.

Thompson Creeks Window company was a pleasure to deal with each time I had work completed on my house. It started with windows & siding, which was awesome & has saved me on energy bills. The work was completed as promised with no issues. My Project Manager kept in contact with me & came by the site at least twice to see how the work was going. The crew was nice & knew their job.

I've also had two doors replaced, with both crews doing an excellent job.

While the product may seem a little expensive compared to other companies, the products are awesome & are a much better quality then other products I researched.
I highly recommend Thompson Creek.

"great product but be wary of sales pitch"

Felt rushed during the sales pitch and couldn’t keep track of all of the “one time only discounts.” I loved the measuring experience — the person that came out took time to explain everything. The installation team was efficient and courteous but knocked over one of my plants and broke the pot/killed the plant.

"Super crappy customer service after they get your money!!"

We got a nice door but they installed a very crappy doggy door into it. The sales person didn’t know anything about the doggy door. If we knew it was a single panel door we wouldn’t have ordered it. They will not replace it or refund me the price of the doggy door so I can buy a decent one. Our house is less sealed than it was before we paid $5k for the new door. The follow up customer service is non-exsistent. No one even responded to my emails. Skip them and find a better company!

We had an excellent experience with Thompson Creek. They replaced two sliding glass doors and four windows in our house. Their products are high quality and we noticed almost immediately the change in temperature in our rooms. The new windows made two rooms in our house usable again in the summer months thanks to the energy efficient low-E glass. The installation crew was professional and efficient and they cleaned up when they were done. We hope to use Thompson Creek to replace more windows in the future once I save some more money!
