Placed an order on the 20th October, 19 days later have received nothing despite repeated phone calls and e-mails, all of which have been unanswered.
Gave the company due warning that my last resort, if no one responded, would be to place a review on this forum.
This is such a shame as I have had previous dealings with the company and all have been very positive. I would simply like to find out if my parcel has just been delayed or if it has been lost, if it's the latter then a reimbursement would be nice.

I have ordered a product for the second time from this website. The email received by me stated it will take 7 to 9 days delivery.. it's been over 10days and I have not received my products. I have emailed the company twice and no response.... terrible customer service. I am thinking of my next steps to take.
