Late dispatch (Customer service sent the order after more than a week when I sent an inquiry wondering where the package was) resulting in me not getting it at all, since I ordered it to a friend of mine's UK address and the person who was going to bring it to Norway for me had already left.

I used this service couple of times. Usually did not have much problem. Fast shipping and order completed properly. This time I am super not happy with the service. I received a used product with a visuable lines on the tube and outdated expiry date. I contacted to the seller two times but no response. I feel it is highly unacceptable to send out of expiry date and used products. If you want to shop with Taraherbal, I would recommend to only pay via PayPal as you can claim your money back in case of any problem.
