I have not received my order bit slow service!!!!

I oredred 3 ointments. They come covered in original carton boxes. The three boxes arrived badly damaged, one obviously not from transport. The ointments were covered in a plastic bubble sheet and all put together in a plastic bag, none of these protected the ointment from warm temperature. When the postman handed me over the parcel, it was almost hot. The seal of the ointment couldn't be removed. Being so exposed to temperature, it melted on the tube. I expect the ointment is also deteriorated by improper storage during transport and not only.
