The Ashwagandha powder you delivered is a far cry from the true product as follows:
1) when compared to your major competitors buywholefoodsonline and forest whole foods yours is more green than theirs brown powder - see your competitor product and compare, also yours taste by contrast is horribly bitter, and
2) when looked into the roots colour on wikipedia yours does not comprate well, see below:

3) yours powder is diy milled and feels like hay when compared to the products of your both competitiors.

It is not the first time you botched this product and I thought it has been time to give you a second shot but you came at the bottom again on this item quality.

Because you keep mis-selling ashwagandha and there is no quality check what you sell enough is enough and left the feedback for you not knowing what you are on about.
