Bombarded with emails to order over £30 worth of goods for a free bag of lentils. I spent over £100 but because I didn’t apply for this free ‘gift’, they weren’t included with my order.

I can get these supplies from anywhere which is exactly what I’ll be doing in future.

This is an honest, helpful and constructive review. It is not a good review because I have not had a good experience so far. They were very slow to dispatch my goods but once despatched the courier delivered promptly. Unfortunately, on opening the box, there was a mess of sticky freeze-dried blackcurrant powder over the 3 boxes of coffee filters and the inside of the box. The blackcurrant powder bag was split and the contents were turning from powder into a sticky purple mess.
I have emailed them, sent them a photo and left them an answerphone message as they don't answer the phone and have had no feedback so far.
I believe they respond more quickly to negative reviews, so have resorted to telling it as it is online in the hope that they respond in a timely manner.
I am grateful to have had a reply from the company who say they are sending a replacement bag of blackcurrant powder. Let's hope that it arrives intact.
